RECIPE:
5 flowers, (catkins) black willow flowers.
20 tsp boiling water.
Steep 3 minutes.
Strain, cool, preserve with 40% vodka (calculate percentage from amount of “real” percentage of alcohol on the Cossack vodka, and bottle in dark brown bottles (some call it amber, because of the sun’s rays turning it, partly, orange). OR BETTER, use 50% Apple Cider Vinegar as a preservative. Make plenty of this when the catkins are there on the trees, so to provide a continuing supply later on, when the trees have no catkins.
EVEN during times when the radioactivity is in the environment, still make the medicines, yet take the medicines for longer, quite a lot longer than stated, there will still be some healthy atoms and molecules in the foods and medicines ingredients.
ADMINISTER:
Adults: 5 teaspoons 9 times daily for 3 weeks.
Teens: 7 teaspoons 5 times daily for 7 days.
Children: 6 tsp 4 times daily for 5 weeks.
Toddlers: 5 tsp 2 times daily for 2 weeks.
Babies: 2 tsp 1 daily for 2 weeks.

Question: I am assuming that Red and Green Basil is just as good for this purpose – it has the same Latin name?
Answer: Yes. Both of these are perennial, unlike Sweet Basil and other annual Basils.
